Fitness is essential for comfort. Whenever I don’t concentrate in my fitness routine my weight increase and I feel uncomfortable.
A Little About Me
Hi.. I am Nancy Khan. I am a mother of two little daughters. After pregnancy, it becomes more difficult to do self-care because of different kinds of work pressure. As I am a working woman and also have to manage household chores and take care of two children, so it’s difficult to manage time to take care of myself. But also I am trying my best to follow some routine to self-care.
I realize the importance of self-care. So I want to tell you please take care of yourself. Everyone is busy now, nobody will care what is happening to you. If you care for yourself, you will able to take care of others. Everyone will love you. You also love yourself.
