Whenever I come from the toilet, after cleaning the kids, making food, feeding them, cleaning dust, washing dishes and clothes, I apply hand moisturizer or lotion on my hands to prevent dryness. Dishwash liquids also darken my hands. After cleaning dishes I apply moisturizer to keep my hands soft, smooth, and bright.

The sink of my house is always stuck with plates, bowls, pots, and glasses to wash. I have to wash them with a scrubber, which can make my hands rough. That’s why I use hand gloves to protect my hands from the harm of dishwashing liquids and scrubbers. They’re very useful. I even use gloves to clean the toilet. Gloves protect my hands from the harshness of toilet cleaner. Not only hands but also nails can lose their shine and break. So gloves help to restore moisture in my hands and also help to protect my nails.

Hands also need to be exfoliated to remove dead cells. Exfoliation is very effective and important to do at least once a week. I exfoliate my hands during my manicure. Before exfoliating, I keep my hands in lukewarm water. Before putting my hands in lukewarm water I add one lemon juice 2-3 tablespoons of salt and 1 tablespoon of shampoo. After that, I put my hands in it for half an hour. Then, I make an exfoliating scrub with coffee and sugar. I take one teaspoon each of coffee and sugar in a bowl and mix it to prepare the exfoliate. Then I gently rub it on both hands for 10-15 minutes. After letting it sit for a while, I wash my hands with normal water. They feel very smooth. After washing, I dry my hands with a clean towel that I use for myself. Immediately after, I apply moisturizing lotion or olive oil on my hands. It makes them softer and brighter. Coffee is an anti-aging element, so this also provides some aging care.

Of course, as I use sunscreen before going out, my hands also need sunscreen to protect them from the sun’s harmful rays. I always apply sunscreen on my face and hands before going out. I apply a generous amount of sunscreen on my hands and reapply if I need to wash them. Sunscreen also helps restore moisture on the skin.

I keep a moisturizer in a small pot in my bag to carry easily outside the house. When I go to the office, I need to wash my hands several times with handwash, which can leave them feeling dry. To moisturize my hands, I apply the moisturizer from my bag and massage it in very well to absorb.

Whenever I apply retinol in my nighttime routine on my face, I also apply it on my hands to get a smooth texture. It’s important to take anti-aging care of your hands. I also use the leftover niacinamide on my hands after applying it to my face.

Nowadays, women are very busy taking care of themselves. However, many women don’t take care of their hands. These hands are used for making food, serving food, feeding kids, washing dishes and clothes, and cleaning every part of the house, even dirty things.

In my opinion,  please take care of your busy hands. They are so special to you and your family.
